Practical terms for Green Auto's repair, safety, and collision/body services.

1. Scope of Service
Green Auto provides automotive services — mechanical service and repair, MTO safety inspections, and collision/body repair — in Vaughan (Concord) and the surrounding area. Each job covers only the work set out in the written estimate before it begins.
By using our services you agree to these terms. Additional work beyond the approved estimate is reviewed with you and approved before it is done.
2. Appointments & Intake
Appointments are made by phone or walk-in, or by emailing us your details so we can call you back to set up a time. This website does not offer self-serve online booking and does not lock in appointment times automatically.
3. Estimates & Pricing
We provide a written estimate before work starts. Prices are in CAD plus applicable taxes. The MTO safety inspection is offered at a flat rate of $99; all other pricing depends on the vehicle and the job and is quoted in your written estimate. Repairs identified during an inspection are quoted separately and are not performed without your approval.
4. Body / Collision Estimates & Photos
Photo-based estimates are a convenience to give you a fast first idea of cost and next steps. A photo estimate is preliminary; the final written estimate is set once we inspect the vehicle. Do not include people, plates you want hidden, or private information in photos you would not want stored in our CRM.
5. Payments
This website does not take payments. Payment methods and timing are arranged at the shop. If online payment is added later, it will be handled by a payment processor under separate terms.
6. Workmanship
We stand behind the work we do. Any guarantee that applies to a specific repair is communicated to you directly in connection with that job. No warranty terms are represented on this website; ask us about the work on your vehicle when you call.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Please remove valuables and personal belongings before leaving a vehicle, and let us know of any known issues. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
8. Service Area
Green Auto serves Vaughan, Concord, Woodbridge, Maple, Thornhill, Richmond Hill, Markham, and north North York from 582 Rivermede Rd, Unit 11-12, Vaughan.
9. Privacy
Green Auto collects contact, vehicle, service, and communication details needed to quote, schedule, and complete work, and to keep business records. Operational data may be stored in GoHighLevel and related providers. We do not sell personal information. See the Privacy Policy. Requests: hello@greenautogroup.ca.
10. SMS / Email Consent (CASL)
By checking a consent box on our forms, you agree to receive transactional messages such as callbacks, appointment reminders, and estimate updates by SMS and email. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time, or unsubscribe via the link in any marketing email. Marketing consent is separate and optional.
