How Green Auto collects, uses, and protects information submitted through quote, appointment-request, photo-estimate, and website forms.

What We Collect
We collect contact and vehicle details you submit, including name, phone, email if provided, vehicle information, the service or damage you describe, any photos you upload for a body/collision estimate, preferred appointment windows, consent selections, and messages related to your vehicle.
We may also keep operational records such as quote history, appointment-request status, estimate notes, and internal notes needed to serve you. This site does not take payments; if payment processing is added later, payment details would be handled by the payment processor and not stored directly by Green Auto.
How We Use It
We use your information to respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, call you back, schedule and complete service, send transactional messages, keep business records, and improve the website and intake process.
Cookies & Tracking
Green Auto uses Google Tag Manager container GTM-PTGSQGV9. Tags inside the container may support website analytics, conversion measurement, and advertising measurement when configured. These tools may use cookies, pixels, or similar technologies. You can control cookie behavior in your browser settings.
CRM Data (GoHighLevel)
Quote forms, appointment-request forms, photo-estimate submissions, consent records, and follow-up records may be stored in GoHighLevel, the CRM and automation platform Green Auto uses. Do not submit information you do not want stored in the CRM. To correct or delete a record where legally permitted, email hello@greenautogroup.ca.
Sharing & Third Parties
We share information only with operational vendors needed to run the business, such as CRM, forms, analytics, email, and SMS providers. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Your Rights
You may ask what personal information we hold, correct inaccurate information, withdraw marketing consent, or request deletion where legally permitted. Email hello@greenautogroup.ca.
Retention
Service, estimate, and transaction records may be retained as required for tax, accounting, operational, and dispute-resolution purposes. Marketing records are retained until consent is withdrawn or the record is no longer needed.
SMS / Email Consent (CASL)
When a form includes a consent checkbox, that consent may allow Green Auto to send transactional messages such as callbacks, appointment reminders, and estimate updates by email or SMS. Marketing consent is separate and optional. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time, or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. We honor opt-outs and common opt-out replies.
Security
Green Auto uses practical administrative and vendor-based safeguards for the website, forms, and CRM. No online system is guaranteed risk-free. Do not submit sensitive personal, legal, financial, or identity documents unless we specifically request them for a clear operational reason.
